THE 88TH ACADEMY AWARDS – Oscars 2016

It’s that time of the year again. The Oscars. Will your favorite movie, tv show, actor or director receive the coveted golden statue? Will Leonardo finally win? This year, the show is hosted by Chris Rock.

Every time, there are always movies where you wonder, “How did that get nominated for Best Picture?” For me, this time around, it is Mad Max: Fury Road, which is just missing a lot of the good vibe found in Max Max2: Road Warrior (easily the best Max movie!). My personal favorites for Best Picture tonight are The Big Short and Spotlight.

Below is the complete list of categories and the nominees for the 2016 Oscars. And we’ve added links to Amazon, in case you get the urge to go out and enjoy one of these movies after watching the Oscars!
